Smolak Farms is proposing to increase it's freezer capacity by adding a
10'X 20' walk in freezer right next to the existing 10'X10'one. To do this an
existing storage shed will be removed and the freezer will essentially occupy
the same footprint as the space occupied by the storage shed.
