Goldstein P.E. Christopher P. Milano P.E. February 18, 2015 Goldstein — Milano LLC has reviewed the lobby roof along the interface with the hockey rink. The hockey rink roof extends approximately 13' higher than the lobby roof. In this area of the roof there is a large snow drift. The balance of the roof is loaded "normally" with regards to snow accumulation. We have identified the extent of structural damage. That area has been shored and it is safe to resume snow removal. We observed no other areas of distress in the roof structure.
