L�BOARD OF APPEALS We have prepared the attached plan that shows the proposed house footprint overlaid onto the existing conditions plan to clarify the location of the proposed house in relationship to the existing house. The existing house has been colored yellow on the plan, and the proposed footprint is the hatched blue area. I will ask Phil to bring several copies to the Planning Board and ZBA hearings to distribute to the board members. We are also revising the plans, as requested by Al Manzi, to show the proposed locations of the underground utilities and gas service and to clarify that the existing water and sewer services will be retained. Manzi III, Esq. Chairman Mr. Manzi: We have briefly met on October 5th, while you were site visiting our house at 350 Great Pond Rd. I understand that you raised some issues about the project we are trying to get it done; and I am sure you have reasons. On the other hand, I like to secure a permit to build. The house is not in a livable condition ,and it is a particular concern to us when it comes to our now one year old twins. Because of these pressuring factors, we did not hesitate to completely delegate the efforts to prepare plans and other relevant matters into professionals' hands. I hope you appreciate that I am upset and concerned with the possibility that we might have misled or missed some crucial points in this processes. Prior to taking further steps on this project, I would like to get together with you at your convenience so to gain better knowledge on what it is that we have to do in order to be in compliance. I also would like to share with you that we already invested over thirty thousand in this, and I cannot effort spending further without at least having some sort of understanding about the key points and guidelines that we need to follow. I hope you will not hesitate to give us such help. Your time on this will be dearly appreciated. If you prefer the meeting to include the engineer and the architect please let me know.
