S. install new pressure treated sill plate,as required. 6. install new pressure treated structural beam,as required. 7. install a new under-beam to tie existing damage beam with new contiguous support element. 8. install new 4 x 4 pressure treated support elements 16 inches on center. 9. shall install properly dimensioned exterior sheathing to proper enclose structure. 10. seal all sheathing joints with weather resistant silicone to prevent water infiltration. 11. install a 20 pound tar paper,layered to prevent water infiltration. 12. install Tyvek wall enclosure materials,layered to prevent water infiltration. 13. build landing of approximately 48 inches be 48 inches.As you are looking from the bottom of the step a deck will be built to the left of the landing approximately 5 feet wide and shall project off the house approximately 9 feet. The overall dimension of the deck shall be approximately 9 feet.The landing area in front of the door shall project off the house approximately 4—4 ba feet and the steps shall descend from that point down to grade. 14. build 4—5 steps and railings. 15. all structural material shall be pressure treated. 16. all finish decking and railing material shall be composite.Samples to be provided by Contractor. 17. An additional permit will be required.All additional cost of permitting shall be charged to homeowner.A plot Plan may be required to apply for exterior permit.
