REMODELING CONTRACT
This contract between Mr. & Mrs. Jyotirijiban Bhattacharya, 40 Amberville Rd.,N. Andover,MA
and Rene' L. Peront(contractor), for labor and materials described below, is agreed to by the
undersigned parties.
Construct an open deck approximately 8'X10'using pressure treated materials for the structure
and maintenance free composite materials for the exposed surfaces. Build a new platform and
stairs, close in the existing deck and new deck with composite lattice material providing a door
for access. Install maintenance free railings where required.
A building permit will be obtained by the contractor, and is included in the total price.
Payment will be 50%upon signing of contract, and the remainder upon satisfactory completion.
The total cost is $5,500.00
