No allowance has been made to provide plans, plot plan, any variances, board of health, or conservation approvals. Proposal is to build screened porch on existing 16'x16' deck. Footprint of deck to remain unchanged. Porch will have walls and gable roof framed, and roof shingles installed. No allowance has been made to trim exterior walls,finish interior of porch,or install screens. Demolition Existing railings will be removed and disposed of. Decking to remain. Foundation Five new footings will be installed as required to support new structure Building All frame and roofing materials will be provided to match existing house/meet code. Walls will be 2x4, bottom plate will be pressure treated, roof rafters will be M. Roof sheathing will be 5/8 fir plywood.
