Runoff from the impervious area of the development will be directed through a closed drainage system to two subsurface infiltration galleys with overflow discharge toward the wetland and lake. The Applicant has altered the original drainage design to provide improvements to the existing stormwater drainage system.These include revised runoff rates and recharge requirements based on HSG B Soils and adjusting proposed infiltration areas due to seasonal high groundwater elevations.
