In all cases if a variance or special permit was required the Town Clerks office must stamp the decision from the
Board of Appeals that the appeal period is over. The applicant must then get this recorded at the Registry of Deeds.
One copy and proof of recording must be submitted with the building application

Shed Site Access: Shed is delivered in prefab sections; clear
access to site is necessary - stairs, narrow walkways, fences,
gates, shrubs, etc. may present difficulties and should be
brought to the attention of the manufacturer prior to delivery.
Clearance: Sheds site needs to be located at least 3' from any
fences, trees, etc. Please remove tree branches or other
obstacles in shed area plus 3' around shed location. Area from
the ground up to 12' shed area must be clear of branches, wires,
or any other obstacles.
Land Grade: Land must have less than a 12" slope, with no
protruding rocks or stumps in the area.
Land QualiW Consider other factors when choosing your site
including proper diainage, firmness of earth, etc.
Additional Charges: Shed site must be 100 feet or less from
where a large truck -trailer can park. Shed site 100'- 300' front;
narking area will be an additional $75.00 fee. Sites further
