Clearance: Sheds site needs to be located at least 3' from any fences, trees, etc. Please remove tree branches or other obstacles in shed area plus 3' around shed location. Area from the ground up to 12' shed area must be clear of branches, wires, or any other obstacles. Land Grade: Land must have less than a 12" slope, with no protruding rocks or stumps in the area.
