The work consists of installing a 10'x10' (100 sq.ft.) shed on concrete pavers/blocks and the removal of a dead tree.The shed will be installed in existing lawn and construction access will be over the existing driveway and lawn area.Work will be conducted more than 50' from the Bordering Vegetated Wetland.The 25' No-Disturb Zone is delineated by wetland markers placed on 4" x 4" posts which were installed during the construction of the condominium units at 46 &48 Camden Street. Two existing fences (one white PVC the other wood stockade) are within the 100'Buffer Zone, however they both stop at the 25'No-Disturb Zone. No additional fencing or any other work shall occur within the 100'Buffer Zone without proper permitting through a filing with the NACC. During the August 22,2012 public meeting, the North Andover Conservation Commission (NACC) voted unanimously to approve this project. The following conditions are hereby mandated: RECORD DOCUMENTS: Application Checklist, Foundation Plan dated September 4, 2009 (hand edited to show shed location),photographs showing the dead tree and lawn. Shed shall be located more than 50' from the edge of the Bordering Vegetated Wetland (25' from the existing wetland markers/posts) and shall be staked in the field prior to a preconstruction site visit by the Conservation Department. 3. Once the shed location has been marked the Conservation Department shall be notified to review the shed location. 4. Excess material shall be properly disposed of offsite. 5. Upon completion of the approved project and site stabilization,please contact the Conservation Department for a final inspection. 6. This permit shall expire 6 months from the date of issuance.
