Jeff,
I accept these changes.
As I mentioned in the email on Monday with the initial extra $1,793.67 charge to the credit card,
is there any way you can put that through after the 15th August? July has been an expensive
month for the family.
Copy of my other notes and questions in the email on Monday;
I think we are going to need to add lattice on the bottom including a lattice door, the deck
current has lattice and I'm not sure what it will look like without it.
Based on trying to keep the costs under control, it may be worth see what it looks like without it
and then it's probably something I will have to add myself later if I need it.
I do have a plot plan showing setbacks. I did have a quick look for it but I will have to do a bit
more digging to find it.
I have some brackets attached to the deck to support pipes connected to sump pumps that run
across under the deck. This time of year the sump pumps pit is dry, but I will need to work with
you to support the pipes during demolition/construction or maybe disconnecting and
reconnecting them.
I assume the $16,686.00 includes all taxes
Do you still plan on starting on Monday 8th August and what's the time estimate to do the whole
job? Just so I can let the tenants know.

I don't think that will be possible. I'll need to draw a full set of plans, mark up the plot plan, and meet with
building inspector to review. Then he will review all an give his approval. I would expect sometime the
following week(week of the 15th). I'll keep you updated as it forms up. Overall time to complete would be
10-12 days.
