CahbWor will begin the wank or order the materiais before the third day fokmmg the signing of this agreement, Unless specked here in
wetting contractor will begin work on or about 4/30/07.
Barring Delay caused by circumstances beyond Contactors control, the work will be completed by 7/30/07. The owner hereby acknowledges
and agrees that the scheduling dates are approximate and that such delays that are not avoidable by the Contractor shah no be considered as
violations of this agreement.
Section 11- Warranty
The Contractor warrants that the work furnished hereunder shah be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year
following completion and shall comply with the requirements of this Agreement. In the event any defect in workmanship or materials, of
damage caused by the Contractor, his subcontractors, employees or agents, is discovered within one year after completion of any job,
including cleanup, the Contractor shall, at his own expense, forthwith remedy, repair correct, replace, or cause to be remedied, repaired, or
replaced, such damage or such defect in mabanais or workmanship. The foregoing warranties shall survive any inspec km performed in
connection with the agreed-upon work.

General
Building permit will be provided by contractor. No allowance has been made to obtain a variance, board of
health approval, or conservation approval if required by town. Proposal is to add 16'x16garage under existing
sunroom.
Excavating
Excavation required to remove fill from under existing sunroom, and install poured concrete foundation will be
provided. Any additional fill will be removed from site. Backfilling and rough grading will be provided. No
allowance has been made for any landscaping, lawn or sprinkler repairs, retaining walls, removal of ledge, or
paving.
Foundation
Poured concrete foundation will be provided under existing 16'x16' sunroom. Footings will be 10"M", walls will
be 10" thick. Five inch thick concrete floor will be poured over gushed stone base. Concrete cutting will be
performed to provide access from existing garage stall to new one. Opening will be approximately 42" wide.
Building
Ah frame and siding materials will be supplied to match existing / meet code. Exterior wafts will be 2x4,
sheathing will be 1/2 inch fir plywood. Siding to match existing. Three new raised panel steel garage doors will
be supplied and installed. One new garage door opener w4i be provided, two existing openers to be reused.
Electrical
Electrical work required to wire garage stall to meet code will be provided. Two wall plugs will be provided, one
ceiling tight, and a plug for garage door opener.
Plaster
Ceiling of new garage stall will be blueboarded and skimcoat plastered to meet code. Ceiling will be textured.
Waste Removal
All construction debris will be disposed of by contractor.
Items Not Included
There have been no allowances made for any painting, paving, or landscaping.
