Cover exterior of home with Tyvek vapor barrier. Cover all painted trim boards (soffit/rake boards/etc.) with white aluminum. Cover door trim with white aluminum. Replace kicks under doors with PVC trim board (no paint/no rot/stands up to foot traffic). Install Certainteed Monogram vinyl siding/corner boards/trim in color chosen by customer. All window and door trim to have drip edges replaced and all openings flashed with Vicor brand adhesive flashing to prevent leaks. All fascia trim boards that come in contact with roofing (over dormers) to be replaced and flashed in cooperation with roofing contractors in ensure no future leak problems. WINDOWS: Replace existing windows with 18 Harvey low E Argon vinyl replacement windows from outside (no disruption to interior trim/paint). Replace window trim with composite PVC trim (no painbno rot potential). Rebuild rotten sills with PVC trim. Install fiberglass insulation or expanding foam as needed to fill void spaces to limit cold and air infiltration i Graceann Remmes Page 2 of 5 HIC#157687 ROOFING: Remove all layers of roofing down to wood deck on entire shingled house roofs, protecting the grounds and house body with heavy duty tarps as stripping is being done. Remove all existing siding from all sides of the dormers, remove upper facia board the meets the dormer roofline. Install 6' GAF Weatherwatch ice/water shield underlayment across all eaves, 3' up all rakes at all roof to wall locations, curbing up onto sides of dormer walls, and around all roof protrusions. Install new step flashing at all roof to wall locations of dormers. Install GAF Shinglemate felt paper on remaining exposed roof deck surfaces. Install 8" .025 gauge heavy duty white aluminum drip edge on entire roof perimeters. Install GAF Pro Start starter strips across all eaves and up all rakes. Install GAF Timberline HD Lifetime Architectural shingles with Timbertex hip/ridge caps on roof. Install new Coravent V-400 ridge vent on main ridges. Install new stack pipe boot on existing plumbing pipe. Installing new trim and siding where removed. Thoroughly clean and magnet grounds and remove all job related debris from property on a daily basis and at jobs completion. Entire roof includes GAF Systems Plus Warranty. First 50 yrs. Is non- prorated, full labor and material coverage from GAF, against any material defect cause. NOTES: All debris picked up daily and disposed of at end of job. All permitting included. Any rot (beyond anticipated) repaired at additional cost. $55.00 Per Sheet Extra Cost to replace any damaged plywood decking (if needed) Every attempt will be made to protect shrubbery and landscaping (tarps etc.) but due to the nature of old growth some pruning may be required.
