See summary notes:
All remodel work will be within the existing building footprint; there will not be any structural
revisions.
1. A new Consultation Room will be constructed utilizing approximately 66 s.f, of the current
Pharmacy
2. Door from Sales to Rear Corridor will be removed for improved access/egress.
3. Photo Department cabinetry will be removed near the front Manager's Office and will be
replaced with a Single-user(self-serve) Kiosk/Desk.
4. Sales Area Flooring will be replaced in some areas.
5. Sales Area signage to be upgraded and wall surfaces will be repainted. Some areas will
receive new Marlite Wall Laminates (at"touchable" surfaces).
6. The plans that we've developed include Floor Plans of the affected areas. There will not be
any upgrades to the existing electrical service size, but outlets,phone and data boxes will be
relocated as necessary. Power will also be supplied to new Sales Area display units located at
the ends of some gondola fixtures (Lighted displays, Convenience Coolers and Freezers,
relocate ATM, etc...).
7. The shelving layout for the Sales Area will also be adjusted as part of the renovation work.
This new layout is shown on the plans. Some existing gondolas will be re-used and others
will be replaced.
8. The General Contractor has not been chosen yet, that's why I am acting as an"Agent" for
Rite Aid Corporation in order to help expedite the Building Permit Process. Once the GC has
been awarded this project, they will contact you in order to provide to you any necessary
Insurance Information, and to coordinate their schedule with you.

9. Separate Permits required for Electrical, etc... will be applied/paid for by the General
Contractor.
The plans I've included are as follows (along with die Building Permit Application):
3 prints each of Sheets CS-1, EX-1, A-1,A-2,A2.1,A-3,A-4,A-5 (stainped/signed).
