Equipment:
1. One Trane XR95 furnace
2. All needed PVC flue piping
3. All needed duct work and fittings
4. All PVC fittings for drain
5. Condensate pump
6. Two zones 1 st/2nd floor
7. One Trane condenser XB 13 and matching coil
Services:
1. Set and install new Trane furnace in basement
2. Set new condenser at ground level
3. Set new evaporator coil on furnace
4. Install all needed duct work for new addition
5. Install PVC flue pipe to outside
6. Start and test operation of heating and air condition system
7. Install condensate drain line inside open drain
Customer obligation:
Any code updating will be an extra charge outside our scope of work
Electrical by customer and gas by customer
Extras
1. Add high efficiency air cleaner YES / NO ADD $450.00
2. Add humidifier to system YES / NO ADD $350.00
Warranty:
One-year parts and labor by Northeast Heating & Cooling, INC.
All warranty work will be done during normal business hours
