COMPLIANCE STATEMENT: The proposed building design described here is
consistent with the building plans, specifications, and other calculations
submitted with the permit application. The proposed building has been
designed to meet the requirements of the Massachusetts Energy Code.
The heating load for this building, and the cooling load if appropriate,
has been determined using the applicable Standard Design Conditions found
in the Code. ' The HVAC equipment selected to heat or cool the building
shall be no greater than 1250 of the design load as specified in
Sections 780CMR 1310 and J4.4.
