BACKGROUND On August 7, 2014, the applicant's engineer, William S, MacLeod, P. E., P. L. S., requested a Waiver of the Watershed Protection District Special Permit, in accordance with the North Andover Zoning Bylaw section 4.136.8, so as to allow the addition of 24' x 14' shed on the above referenced lot within the Non-Discharge Buffer Zone of the Watershed Protection Zone. FINDINGS OF FACT On behalf of the Planning Board,the Community Development Director, Curt Bellavance,has approved a Watershed Special Permit Waiver based on the following findings: • The proposed shed will be placed on a concrete pad and is more than 200' from a wetland resource area,thus located within the Non-Discharge area of the Watershed Protection Zone. • The existing dwelling is serviced by a septic system but the shed will not have plumbing facilities or be connected to the existing system. • The owner has confirmed that the shed will not have any gutters or downspouts. CONDITIONS • The applicant is required to apply for a Watershed Special Permit for any additional construction of outbuildings or building additions.
