R&M Carpentry is responsible for the following deck design, material, and all construction of deck, permits and disposal of material. Job Description Frame a 16x21 pressure treated deck according to design and attach to existing deck. No railings required, deck is built to the ground. Deck frame 2x10 p.t @ 16" O.0 with joist hangers Frame new stairway from existing deck to new deck area. Install (9) 12"x48" concrete footing according to plans Install 4x4 p.t post with post base anchored to the footings Install Am timber tech decking with hidden fasteners(Sandridge)to existing deck area and new deck area and stairway. i Install timber tech railing system(white sand)to existing deck area and stairway to lower deck. No railing required for new deck area. Deck height is under required rail height set by local building codes. Install white vinyl lattice work under existing deck only on front side. Trim with azek pvc trim. Install azek pvc trim and create a privacy wall on right under side of existing deck To close off view of storage area. Install azek trim to existing deck frame and new deck area. Frame an access door to storage area under existing deck, finish with lattice work. Front landing Remove existing railing system and install timber tech railing(white sand)to both sides of stairway and anchored to existing stairs.
