CALL TO ORDER: John P. Savastano, Chairman, called the meeting to order at
6: 00 PM.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: John P. Savastano, Chairman;
Kenneth C. Crouch; Kevin Foley; John Leeman; Donald Stewart; James P. Gordon,
Town Manager; Kevin Mahoney, Director of Finance & Administration.
APPROVAL TO MOVE TWO BUILDINGS FROM 525 TURNPIKE STREET TO MERRIMACK COLLEGE:
Waldo Jackson, New England Movers & Riggers, has requested the Selectmen' s
approval to move two buildings, the Fellowship Bible Church and the Education
Wing from 525 Turnpike Street to Merrimack College by accessing Route 125 and
Route 114; the Board unanimously approved this request.
CONTINUING DISCUSSION - TOWN MANAGER SEARCH AND APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM TOWN
MANAGER: Kenneth Crouch withdrew his name as an applicant for the interim
Town Manager position and made a MOTION to appoint Kenneth Mahony, Director,
Community Development and Services as the Interim Town Manager. This motion
was not seconded.
The Board did not take any further action at this meeting.
