I completed a final inspection on September 11, 2007.
On the basis of this work, I certify that to the best of my knowledge, information,
and belief, the structural work associated with the above-referenced project
complies with the structural provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code
780 CMR-6, with my original framing plans and approved field modifications, and
with accepted construction practice.
