Strip existing siding and apply Certainteed Monogram double 4" vinyl siding, choice of
solid color**, using a Tyvek house wrap as a vapor barrier. Corner to be vinyl
traditional to match widow color.
Apply custom bent Alcoa aluminum coil stock to rakes, fascias window and door casings to
give a detailed wood look, choice of color. Install window and door mantel on front of
house. Eaves to have a vinyl perforated soffit panel and drilled out for proper
ventilation.
Provide any and all necessary construction-related permits. Shutters are an additional
cost. Ten (10) year warranty on workmanship. Lifetime prorated warranty on materials.
FOR THE SUM OF SIXTEEN THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS ($16, 635.00)
Install new. construction Harvey Majesty double hung tilt pine interior casing, a4aeft4 wh4e
colored .exterior aPminum clad with snap in wood grids, low E, argon gas, double insulated
glass with _10"4c4 screens and night locks. Insulate window weight pockets around
perimeter of window, if existing. Seal perimeter of window with caulking. Remove old
windows and install twenty-six (26) windows. Exterior trim to be special order vinyl
window surround with built in channel to accept new siding. Interior wood to be removed
and new pine interior trim to be installed.
FOR THE SUM OF TWENTY SIX THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED TEN DOLLARS ($26,310.00)
FOR THE TOTAL SUM OF FORTY TWO THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE DOLLARS ($42,945.00)
FOR THE TOTAL PACKAGE DEAL PRICE OF FORTY THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS
($40,235.00)** If choosing a blended color add $1,800.00 to the total package price.
All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed in a substantial workmanlike manner
according to specifications submitted, per standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from above
specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge
over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control.
Our workers are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation Insurance. The homeowner has a three (3) day
cancellation right under MGL c93 s48; MGL c140D s 10 or MGL c 255D s14 as may be applicable. All warranties on
the owner's rights under the provisions of 780 CMR R6 and MGL c 142A. No work shall begin prior to the signing
of the contract.
