These are shown on plans A-1 to A-7,prepared by G.J.Bruno Associates,Dated June 13, 2010, 44331, with sheets A-4,to,A-7 certified by me June 24, 2010. I met at the site with Mr, Dan Chadwick. Based on the above site visit and based on what I could visibly see I can certify that to the best of my knowledge the LVL Beams and Engineered lr loor Joist members utilized in the framing as shown on the drawings are installed properly and meet the loading conditions of the 7`h Edition of the Massachusetts State Building Code for 1812 Family Residences. This certification assumes that all other framing requirements of the code and drawings,including but not limited to materials,nailing schedules, and manufacturers recommendations were properly complied with by the Licensed construction supervisor responsible for the project. I informed Mr. Chadwick that 3-1.6d nails needed to be installed between the studs from the plate to the rim board or beam below at the exterior braced walls and the Method 5 interior braced wall(see sheet A-2,A-3; as shown on braced wall details,Awl.
