The following work was observed as being underway. 1. All walls have been frame per the layouts provided by GSD Associiates with some minor modifications. 2. Electrical wiring and boxes were installed in all areas on both the 1 st and 2nd floor units 3. Rough plumbing was noted in both units at the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry areas. New bath tubs units have been installed at 1 st and 2nd floor units. No other fixtures were noted at this time. The pex piping layout was also noted in the basement where the new water heater units will be installed. 4. Sprinkler system appears nearly complete in all 3 units and in the basement level. We walked tthru and observed the main at the basement level 5. The floor joists and deck have been cleaned and painted from previous fire charring. New joists have been sistered in as indicated in the drawing. 3 new colum footings were noted where new steel columns will be installed. 6. New windows have been installed to replace the old windows. 7. Tim informed me that he got his electrical and plumbing inspections done from the town inspectors and he scheduled his insulation sub -contractor to start his work. See attached photographs taked during this field visit. Please review this report , this report represents the observations of the person writing this report.
