08/30/14 and 09/01/14. Project work is based on(2)preliminary reviews of visible interior living space surfaces,
and on standard renovation processes. All work is conceptual;Including some project-aspects,that will required
demolition related work(material removals.)and additional onsite inspections,in order to confirm the actual work
required&finalize costs.
LOCATION# 1: 2°D FLOOR BEDROOM
- DEMO:Remove 13'-5"Wall x 8'-6"H separation wall.Attempt to salvage/save baseboard&ceiling molding
trim(as is possible).Remove baseboard,molding and trim casings sections,along areas of removed walls. Remove
(2)entry door frames,and set-aside(1 for use at New Office space entry).Remove carpeting,pad&tack strips.
-WALLPAPER REMOVAL(Conceptual):Attempt to remove wallpaper along specific wall locations(where new
drywall will meet old bedroom wall locations).Exact scope of work is unknown and to be fully determined.
-GENERAL FRAMING:Infill(1)right-side entry door location opening.Perform in-fill framing at removed
separation wall locations(as needed).
-ELECTRICAL:Wire&install new outlets to code(along new wall surfaces).

In order to meet a timely schedule of progress, the following Materials &
Components, must be acquired & provided by the Clients (onsite,to, read to use and
install) - prior to the specific phase of work it is needed for:

Totals, Dimensions, etc. -To ensure compatibility and sufficient amounts are properly procured,
in a timely manner.

3 Start of Project Work is defined as the start of any portion of the listed work(including the start of material removals,or,the
window&bulkhead entry door replacement process).
4 Completion of Framing Work is defined as the completion of the Original Contract stipulated framing work-as is possible.
Such work may not include any additional requested framing work,that is beyond the original project scope.This progress
milestone payment is not contingent on any Town related inspection-visits,approvals,and permit sign-offs.
5 Completion of Drywall Work is defined as the completion of the Original Contract stipulated Drywall work-as is possible.
Such work may not include any additional requested drywall area work,that is beyond the original project scope.

Completion of Contract work is defined as the Original project scope,and is not contingent on the completion of any
additionally requested(added)work.This process includes(1)effort(visit)to address the Client's punch list item(s),or point(s),
(as discussed and compiled in written format),between Atlantic&Clients. Additional punch list efforts(visits)may be
performed,but would not hold up the final payment.
7 Total amount listed does not include any additional costs that may be incurred from;changes,adjustments,upgrades,
Smoke/CO2 related work,Client-provided materials/components,Paint-work,etc.(Also refer to various Document Notes).
