The charring of the wood members damaged in the fire is minimal and in my opinion after review of reduced section properties they are adequate to support the required floor loads. I have attached a sketch showing various conditions of the existing framing noticed during the site visit in the area of the fire although not damaged by the fire,that in my opinion require modifications. I would suggest that all charred areas be removed. Also as we discussed headers will have to be provided at the upper level windows.
