Scope of work / Clarifications to the drawings include:

• Removal of all VCT flooring and carpet, selective wall demo per plans
• Removal of ceiling grid & the in open areas
Doors/Frames: $15,000.
• Supply & install new paint grade doors & H.M. frames to match existing
