CALL TO ORDER: Keith Mitchell called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Keith A. Mitchell, Chairman; John R. Leeman, Jr.;
Donald B. Stewart. William B. Duffy, Jr.,Terri Ackerman, Acting Town Manager, and James
Xenakis were not in attendance.
EXECUTIVE SESSION: John Leeman made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart,to move
into Executive Session to discuss the GLSD potential litigation update, vote approved 3 — 0.
The Board of Selectmen was individually polled and each voted to move into Executive Session.
OLD BUSINESS:
Greater Lawrence Sanitary District Discussion. At this time,the issues concerning GLSD are still
ongoing and will be continued at the meeting to be held on March 17, 2000,at 5:00 p.m.
ADJOURNMENT: Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by John Leeman,to continue the
meeting until March 17, 2000, at 5:00 p.m.; vote approved 3 — 0.
