C and that the work is adequately built as per plans approved for the building permit and
changes made in conformance with the provisions of the current Massachusetts State
Building Code/IRC2009 and all other pertinent laws and the ordinances.
Also this is to confirm that the roof with one foot soffit overhang does not have net uplift and
the rafter toe nailed to wall plate as per the fasteners specified in the code is adequately
