Openings were installed in bearing walls and new beams, supporting posts and footings were installed. Also a window was relocated in the rear wall. See drawings S-1 and S-2 by LeBrasseur Engineering, dated February 11, 2014. We performed the structural design and construction observations services for the structural changes. The framing was completed in substantial accordance with the drawings. To the best of my knowledge, information and belief, the completed framing members conform to the Structural Provisions of the Massachusetts State Building Code and sound engineering principles. This letter and the extent of our services are limited to three new beams and two window headers and no other portions of the structure. Please contact this office if you have questions pertaining to this matter. Sincerely yours, Arthur LeBrasseur, Professional Engineer MA PE #32557 C.
