OUR CLIENT, THE BLUNDIN'S, WISH TO CONSTRUCT THEIR PERSONAL
NEW HOME ON THIS FOUR ACRE PLUS PARCEL, WHICH THEY OWN.
APPLETON STREET ENDS AT PINERIDGE ROAD AND IS SHOWN AS A
PAPER ROAD FOR A CONSIDERABLE DISTANCE PAST THIS PROPERTY.
SEWER AND WATER ARE AVAILABLE IN THE "PAPER" STREET. THE
BEGINNING OF THE PAPER STREET IS NOW USED AS A DRIVEWAY FOR
LOT 26. (STEVEN W. PROCTOR)
IN ORDER TO ALLEVIATE ANY POTENTIAL PROBLEMS AND TO PROVIDE
DIRECTION IN HOW TO PROCEED WITH THIS PROJECT, WE WOULD
VERY MUCH LIKE TO MEET AND SUBMIT OUR PLAN$ TO THE TECHNICAL
REVIEW COMMITTEE AS YOU SUGGESTED. WE WOULD ALSO BE MOST
AMENABLE TO AN IMPERSONAL MEETING WITH THE PLANNING BOARD
IF THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL.
