Main Street (Map 28, Parcel 14), North Andover, MA -requesting -a :l time extension of the Variance granted by the
CF4iartli:Andover Lonin Board -Of Appeals of Febri ary 106"'2009 and was recorded at the Essex•North Registry of
[Deeds Book on February 17, 2009 1-1521 page 139 -
The following voting members were present: Ellen P. McIntyre, Richard J Byers, Richard M. VaiIlancourt, Michael
P, Liporto and Joseph D. LaGresse.
The Zoning Board of Appeals voted to extend the Variance granted by the 2009-14 Decision at the regular
February 9 2010 meeting upon a motion by Richard J. Byers to approve the extension and second by Richard
M.Vaillancourt. Mass. Gen. Leh 40A, ti 10 allows the Variance permit granting authority to "extend the time for
exearcise of such rights for a period not to exceed six months".
Voting in favor were Ellen P. McIntyre, Richard J. Byers, Michael P. Liporto and Richard M. Vaillancowt.
Voting against the extension was Joseph D. LaGrasse.
