The Zoning Board of Appeals voted to extend the Variance granted by the 2009-14 Decision at the regular February 9 2010 meeting upon a motion by Richard J. Byers to approve the extension and second by Richard M.Vaillancourt. Mass. Gen. Leh 40A, ti 10 allows the Variance permit granting authority to "extend the time for exearcise of such rights for a period not to exceed six months". Voting in favor were Ellen P.
