The permit required that I decommission the two Car Garage attached to my house at 50 Martin Ave. If ZBA would modify this permit to allow me to keep the Garage attached to my house as a Garage rather than convert it to living space, this would satisfy my needs and not require me to build a free standing two Car Garage at the far end of the lot.
