Subject: Wood Ridge Homes - Address Verification
Importance: High
Hello,
Question for you -- on multiple google searches, Wood Ridge Homes complex comes up with the address of 10
Woodbridge Road, North Andover. This appears to be incorrect based on the Assessor's search. I have some
complaint files that I need to correct addresses on, and need to know the official address of Wood Ridge Homes.
Their co-op tenants live on streets such as Ardmore; Fieldstone Court, etc., which are not listed as separate streets in
the computer system (GeoTMS/Assessors) so I need to refer to Wood Ridge files under one address. Please verify
what is the correct Map/Parcel/Address for this complex. Your soonest response is appreciated. Thanks!

Subject: woodridge complaint
complaint info
Feb 7, 2006 1:45 received complaint from Carol Murphy about a reoccurring problem. Tenant very upset. Highly charged
and combative as to what our response should be. Her mother is ill with the smell.
Shirley Murphy - upstairs elderly tenant 978 686-3415
Carol Murphy - daughter 978 470-8036
address ?
terrible odors from apartment on first floor - Kenneth ?
M. Grant contacted Woodridge management - Tracey Watson 978 682-7093 Had a highly charged discussion over the
issue that just came to our office. Tried to inform our intended response to no avail.
She stated that they went to the unit on a wellness check that morning and found unsanitary conditions; old food, trash etc
extreme odors
Left notice for tenant to clean up.
S. Sawyer contacted Patrick McDonough of the Housing court 978 689-7836. Held a conference call with Tracey Watson.
He instructed her to contact the attorney and file a TRO Temp. Restraining Order to restrain him from living in an
unsanitary manner. There will be a hearing within a few days and then Kenneth can be evaluated to see if he needs extra
assistance from the tenant preservation committee.
4/8/06
4:00 S. Sawyer followed up with the mgmt company - 4 bags of trash have been removed. Tenant wants help to comply
and is willing. TRO has been filed and Monday is the hearing. His sister is coming to help clean up as well.
4:30 S. Sawyer returned phone call to Carol Murphy and informed her of the outcome
Conclusion
This issue was last investigated by D. Rillahan and B. Lagrasse in 2002 and 2003. All attempts to get the tenant, Kenneth,
assistance, were to avail (details in nurse's confidential medical information file) At that time the residence was cleaned up
and the mgmt company was to inspect it monthly. It appears that the last inspection was held in Nov. 2005 per the mgmt
co. statement.
Since the mgmt company had already identified the issue by entering the premisis themselves prior to our involvement,
they were the best choice to follow through with the TRO. If this continues and the neighbor's health is affected we will get
involved, however at this time there is no action by this department.
