RE: REQUEST FOR ZONING ENFORCEMENT OFFICER FINDING
NORTH ANDOVER ZONING BYLAW, SECTION 9.3.a
PROPERTIES: 10 BONNY LANE AND 12 BONNY LANE
Dear Attorney Borenstein:
I have received your letter dated August 5, 2010. The section of the bylaw to which you refer
states "structure", not "lot" so how can I make a finding as to a lot? Are you suggesting that the word
"lot" should be read into the bylaw where "lot" does not appear? If so, please provide authority for me
to read "lot" into the bylaw.
