Dear Mr. Rosati:
As you requested, I am enclosing a copy of the subsurface disposal
system plan for lot 7 Dale Street, which had been tentatively
approved by the North Andover Board of Health, and a copy of the
soil log obtained as a result of the testing performed by me and
witnessed by you on May 25, 1983. As you will note from the
enclosed soil log, the spring high water table, as measured on
April 25, 1983, is 52 feet, % foot lower than originally estimated.
Would you please inform me, at your earliest convenience, as to the
status of this lot relative to the Board of Health Rules and
Regulations.
