Pursuant to our conversation on signage at the West Mill, 1 have asked the owners of Painting with a
Twist to submit the necessary paperwork for a sign permit at their new location. RCG LLC has reviewed
and approved this signage package.
For your reference, I am attaching a copy of the West Mill Signage Plan, approved by the Planning Board,
with the proposed signage highlighted. The tenant proposed blade sign conforms to the approved
signage plan. The tenant proposed wall sign was not included in our approved signage package;
however it replaces the proposed awning for that same location and therefore we feel it is within the intent
of the signage for this commercial space_ The lighting for that sign will be exterior lit and appropriate for
this location.
