A site plan waiver had been granted previously for the use as a gymnastics studio. This letter is also addressing the fact that no permits were applied for or obtained from the town for this event as there may be issues with the Town of North Andover selectman or clerk for possible licensing issues, the health department for food / refreshment issues, the building department for setup of the stage and seating as well as the protection of the public from breakage of mirrors typically used in a dance studio, the fire or police departments for crowd and or parking issues. Please contact this department so that we may begin the process to remedy this situation. I may be reached between the hours of 8:30 — 10:00 AM and 1:00 — 2:00 PM at 978-688-9545. If the revisions are determined to be substantial and materially different by the Town Planner, the Town Planner shall direct the applicant to resubmit the site plan to the Planning Board in accordance with the provisions of this section" While awaiting a letter of further explanation on how the business is conducted in regards to the number of class's and number of students per class as well as hours of operation I am submitting the attached paperwork for your review. Phase II: The fundamentals Phase II focuses on the fundamentals of professional wrestling. Ring positioning, crowd psychology and the mechanics of a match are covered extensively through drills, practical applications and videotaping. Interview skills and character development are an integral part of Phase IT. Students begin their accumulation of knowledge.and-start _to ,put- it ut ; its ogether_in a logical_ sequence. Qualified and recommend students work at live events. j Phase III; Advanced Training This phase puts it all together. Students construct their "Wrestling Resume" and continue character development. Classes are fast paced and thorough. Students continually strive to polish all aspects of their professional performance. Qualified and recommended students work at live events. Students-are:advanced through the phases based on their own ability to comprehend and apply what they learn. There are no time requirements or restrictions for each phase. North Andov-e •, ?Ntassachmetts 01845 MEMORANDUM TO: Jacki Byerly, Interim Town Planner FROM: Michael McGuire, Local Building Inspector DATE: November 13, 2001 Teklmhone (978) 689-9545 F,AX (978 ) 688-9542 RE: Clarification of Chaotic Training Center 100 Belmont Street Upon review of the letter faxed to the Building Department dated November 5, O2001 with the number of students and hours of operation I have the following comments. 1) The gymnastics studio is no longer in operation at this site, and is the proposal a change of use or a similar use? 2) The site has parking for 13 vehicles according to the site plan submitted and according to the zoning bylaw the requirement is 1 space per 4 persons. Taking into consideration the letter that there will be 30 to 40 students would require between 8 and 10 parking spaces with 5 to 3 parking spaces for employees. 3) The hours of operation of the previous business are unknown to me so that the new hours may be an issue that needs to be addressed.
