The following members were present and voting: Robert Ford, Scott Karpinski, Ellen McIntyre, and Joseph Faris. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on 1/24/96 and 1/31/96 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion by Scott Karpinski and seconded by Robert Ford the Board voted unanimously to Grant the Special Permit to construct a family suite 24' by 13' for a new house located at Lot 6 Lost Pond Lane.
