hearing at the Senior Citizen's Center located at the rear of the
Town Building, 120 Main Street, North Andover on Tuesda
evening the 14th day of

19 94 , at 7:30 o'clock, to all parties interested in the
appeal of Paul G. and Patti L. Pedro requesting a
variation of Sec. 2.37.1
of the Zoning By Law
so as to permit relief of the requirement that a Family Suite not be

Notice Is hereby given that the Board of Appeals
will give a hearing at the Senior Citizen's Center

The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening,
June 14, 1994 upon the application of Paul and Patti Pedro
requesting a variation of Section 2, Paragraph 2.37.1 of the
Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of the requirement that a
Family Suite not be larger than 25% of the total building area.
Size of proposed home is 3,248 sq. ft., size of suite is 1,008
sq. ft. or 41% on the premises located at Lot 10A Pine Ridge
Road. The following members were present and voting: Frank
Serio, Jr., Chairman, William Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Walter
Soule, Clerk, Raymond Vivenzio and Robert Ford.
The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on May 25
and June 1, 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
Upon a motion by Mr. Vivenzio and seconded by Mr. Ford the Board
voted unanimously to ALLOW THE PETITIONER TO WITHDRAW WITHOUT
PREJUDICE.
