Andover N. Andover, Ma. 01845 Dear Mike 9-10 Walker Rd N. Andover, Ma. 01845 May 4, 1988 APT l`z Relative to the enclosed correspondence I received from your office dated April 11, 1988. This problem was originally thought to be caused by a loose pipe under the kitchen sink. However, I have since learned that there was a rotted drain pipe underneath the bath tub. This situtaion has been corrected and I don't expect any further problems. Also, I have been in contact with the owner of unit #10 and offered to resolve any insurance matters that may arise. }G= -, 5 rvt✓t hew ce 1 icor ' ) ? Since January, her bathroom ceiling, directly below your unit's bath- room, has been leaking right over her toilet, causing her a great deal of aggravation. She is elderly and does not aiway feel well. It was so bad at one point that her daughter called me because she was so con- cerned for her mother. After a good deal of calling to have this prob- lem corrected, it now seems as if the leak has finally been taken care of. As your unit is a Heritage package and under warrantee, I was told to contact you so that you would call Nancy Jones in the office at Heri- tage Green to request that Mrs. McOwen's ceiling be replaced and any other damage be repaired or replaced. I would appreciate your immediate response to what has been a very annoying situation. Very truly yours, Larry P.
