In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 40-A, Section 11, the North
Andover Planning Board will hold a public hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Application for a Site Plan Review Special Permit
Section 8.3, 10.3, of the North Andover Zoning Bylaw
to allow petitioner to add and install a drive-up take out
window to the existing pizza parlor.
