Board of Appeals Any apPe,)lsliill be filed j i_3 tkORTH ��SSACPH05ES TOWN OF NORTH ANDOVER MASSACHUSETTS BOARD OF APPEALS Scott Giles DECISION 50 Deer Meadow Road North Andover, MA 01845 Petition #042-94 The Board of Appeals held a regular meeting on Tuesday evening, August 9, 1994 upon the application of Scott Giles representing WE Development, requesting a variation of Section 7, Paragraph 7 . 3 and Table 2 of the Zoning Bylaw so as to permit relief of ten (10) feet for the rear setback requirement on the premises located at 1063 Salem Street. The following members were present and voting: William J. Sullivan, Vice-chairman, Walter Soule, Clerk, Robert Ford, John Pallone and Scott Karpinski. The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on July 20 and 27 , 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail . Upon a motion by Mr. Soule and seconded by Mr. Ford the Board voted unanimously to GRANT the variance as requested. The Board finds that the petitioner has satisfied the provisions of Section 10, Paragraph 10.4 of the Zoning Bylaw and that the granting of this variance will not adversely affect the neighborhood or derogate from the intent and purpose of the Zoning Bylaw.
