The waiver request is granted based on the following information: • The property use will remain retail, a use which is permitted in the General Business Zone, according to the Town of North Andover Zoning Bylaw section 4.131.1. The new business will be a retail store selling pet food and supplies. • The footprint of the building will remain the same and there will be no changes to the parking and or to the landscaped areas. • New signage will require a sign permit from the Building Inspector.
