Representatives of the Fire Prevention and the Police Departmentjoined mem meeting with the owner of Orzo's to voice our concerns-As a result the enclosed correspondence of November JP from Orzo's Attorney and the attached floor plan marked"PROPOSED DANCE FLOOR"was re-submittal. The building department will approve the Proposed Dance Floor plan,with the added removal of the table and 3 seats,located behind the bar stools,when entrainment is performed The table is identified by `Remove"of the plan.The applicant,through his attorney,has also agreed that the removed tables will be placed in a storage shed behind the restaw=while entertaimnent is in progress. Due to the size of the facility it is very important the above criteria be strictly observed,for Public Safety, by the applicant It is further requested this MEMORANDUM and attached applicant correspondence become a part of the license approval.
