The he=aring was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on April 24 and May 19 1991 and all abutters were notified by regular mail. Upon a motion made by Mrs. O' Connor and seconded by Mr. Sullivan, the Board voted, unanimously, to GRANT Variance as requested. The Beard find that owing to circumstances relating to the size and shape of the petitioner' s lot, a literal enforcement of the By-Law will involve hardship to the petitioner.
