The following members were present and voting: William J. Sullivan, Chairman; Walter Soule, Vice Chairman; Raymond A. Vivenzio, Clerk; and Scott Karpinski . The hearing was advertised in the North Andover Citizen on August 24 and 31, 1994 and all abutters were notified by regular mail.
