She and her husband have been tenants for about a month..When they lifted the linoleum by the baseboard in the kitchen because of wetness,they discovered black and yellow mold underneath the linoleum. A maintenance person came out to look at it,but just made an observation,and said he would notify someone to clean it up. Caller feels that this will not be sufficient, and if there is a mold infestation,more drastic action should take place. Please call to schedule an inspection.
