As a tenant you are responsible for certain aspects of the sanitary code and the landlord/owner of this property. All violations must be corrected immediately. Violation Regulatory reference Re -inspection 1) Ripped trash bag on ground 410.600 (D) and few pieces of trash along fence See attached picture taken 7/21/04 - Garbage shall be stored in watertight receptacles with tight fitting covers. - The occupant of each dwelling unit shall be responsible for the proper placement of his garbage and rubbish in the receptacles Clean up trash in yard area and ensure that all rubbish is stored inside the trashcans between pick up days. If the receptacles do not have lids, please notify the landlord who is responsible for providing trashcans with lids. Also, please be advised that the trash day on your street is Monday. Please remove the trashcan from the street by the end of that day.
