A-1 &3 R-1 Districts require 87,120 Square foot lot size and 30 foot front, side and
rear setbacks from property lines.
D-2 The lot in question is in the Watershed District and will require a Special permit
from the Planning Board.
Sec 9.1 ZBA A Special Permit is required for the extension of a pre-existing non-conforming
Regulations lot in order to construct the proposed dwelling.
