Home occupations shall `include,"but not'limited to the following uses; personal services such as funushed by an artist or instructor, but not occupation involved with motor vehicle repairs, beauty parlors, animal kennels, or the conduct of retail business,or the manufacturing of goods,which impacts tSa residential nature of the neighborhood, 4.
