Our home is a small 5 room ranch and although we are very happy with our neighborhood, school system, and the Town of North Andover our house has become quite crowded. After inquiring into other residential properties in the area we have come to the conclusion that it would be too difficult for us to purchase a new home which would be large enough for our family. It would prove to be a financial burden as well as an emotional strain. Currently, we work alternating shifts in order to provide for our family and to ensure that the children are never without supervision. We strongly believe that it is in the children's and our best interest to stay at our current location and add more living space to our home. This addition would consist of a second level and would not change the footprint of the current house. Therefore, relief from the zoning ordinance as stated on our application would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
